One of the biggest mistakes I see in outreach is not having a reason to reach out.

Just sending messages that say “Hey, do you need help with X?” gets old fast.

What works better?

Providing value first.

Having a lead magnet makes outreach 10x easier because it gives you an excuse to reach out without feeling pushy.

Instead of “Do you need help?” you can say:

“I put together this [tool/checklist/template] to help with [specific challenge]. Want to check it out?”

That simple shift makes all the difference.

Common Problem: No Lead Magnet for Outreach

If you don’t have a lead magnet, you are leaving opportunities on the table.

It makes outreach easier, positions you as an expert, and helps warm up potential clients before a sales conversation.

The good news?

You don’t need a designer or developer to create one.

Simple Solution: Build a Lead Magnet With AI
