Hey everyone,

Quick update from me.

I’m hitting pause on the Generating Pipeline newsletter for now.

When I first launched The Vault, the idea was to support fractional executives and consultants. But the reality is - most of the people who signed up are agency owners and professional service providers.

That’s made me realise it’s time to step back, re-evaluate who I’m building this for, and find a sharper focus.

While I’m doing that, I’ve decided to stop sending regular updates.

In the background, I’m working on something new.

It’s called the Service-Based Business Starter Kit (working title) a 4-part self-serve system to help you land your first (or next) few clients, close deals with confidence, and deliver like a pro.

Here’s the structure:

  • Get Clear: Nail your offer, ideal client, and positioning

  • Get Clients: Build pipeline and start sales conversations

  • Get Paid: Run confident calls and close deals without stress

  • Get Set Up to Deliver: Onboard clients and deliver consistently

This will repackage the most valuable Vault content into a leaner, clearer, and easier-to-follow system - so you can get results faster, with less overwhelm.
