Find People With A Specific Certification On Their LinkedIn Profile With Clay

This is a great strategy to build lists if your prospects need to have certain certifications for their role.

The scenario:

Let’s say you sell a plugin that integrates with HubSpot Sales Hub or youhave an agency that helps users of HubSpot with their Sales.

You need to build a list of people who actually use HubSpot Sales.

The steps:

  1. Find the prospect’s LinkedIn profile to see their certifications.

  2. Note down relevant certification names.

  3. Open Clay > Create New Table.

  4. Find People > Certification > Paste the certification names.

  5. Preview.

  6. Apply more filters.

  7. Import people > Basic profile enrichment

  8. Apply more filters and find email addresses.
